Trading Places is Christmas Movie gold. Yet another on the list that isn't - strictly speaking - a Christmas Movie but it crosses over Christmas and includes a dark and funny set of scenes starring Dan Aykroyd's drunk and suicidal Santa; complete with the gag inducing smoked salmon cameo.

There are enough f-bombs and boobs to make this one unsuitable for younger kids.

Frank Oz makes an appearance as the booking cop, which is cool.
